hello, my name is joe and i am a still life photographer.

I’m ORIGINALLY from the Bay Area, my nickname on set is Maui (from Moana), I was Eddie Money’s bodyguard when I was 14, I auditioned for American Idol in 2008 (did not win obviously), have better hair than uncle Jesse from Full House, and have a great sense of humor.

When I am not shooting or testing you can find me with my wife and baby at the arboretum, crying our eyes out watching k dramas, finding new boba spots, perfecting my pizza crust every single Sunday or watching something on Disney Plus.

My loves: our first born son Kai, Disneyland, pizza, hamburgers, cheesecake, 80’s and 90’s pop culture, bright and bold colors, cold weather, fun t-shirts, doggos, Boy Meets World, Full House, Perfect Strangers, Dinosaurs, Out of This World, anything that was on TGIF in the 90’s, 80’s music, yacht rock, doo wop and motown (thanks dad!), hardcore and punk music, 98 degrees (way better than N’SYNC) and any other boy bands.

My dislikes: rude people, vegetables, fruits ( not ALL fruits: I do love skittles, lifesavers and starbursts), cold pizza, cardio, hot weather, and needles.
